Cancelation Policy
For early termination requests due to hardship or relocation, a cancellation fee equivalent to two months' membership payments will apply should your request be accepted.
To request to cancel your membership, a written request must be sent to management@lushbeauty.co.nz at least one (1) month in advance.
A minimum commitment of 50% of the membership term may be required before any cancellation requests will be accepted.
Any free services you have received in conjunction with your membership i.e. your birthday facial may result in an additional fee which will be worked out pro rata.
Cancellation requests of memberships will not be accepted through our website, social media or if requested via a therapist or staff member.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering memberships and providing treatments. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Liability
Lush Beauty Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Members are advised to follow all safety instructions and seek medical advice if they have any health concerns prior to using our services.
