Our customisable “Bespoke” skin and body memberships reward you for having regular skin and beauty treatments.  Whether you are serious about skincare, or want to treat yourself with some time out or you just want to spread the cost of your appointments into weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, there's a membership plan to suit everyone. 

We also offer Afterpay as a buy now pay later payment option.

Memberships

To join, speak to our friendly staff when you're next in the salon or request a call back here.

On completion of your Aglow application, your membership will be loaded into the Lush Beauty booking system as a package.  You will receive a welcome email listing the perks and the link to our exclusive VIP facebook events page where we will post additional exclusive specials, promotions and event invites.

Aglow fees are as follows:

$6 Establishment Fee (excl. GST)

3.6% Percentage Transaction Fees (excl. GST)

$6 Failed Payment Fee (excl. GST)

Pricing

The price charged for the Membership will be based on the pricing for the chosen membership services on the date you sign up. 

Please note memberships are only available on full priced services only, memberships are not valid for any discounted services, service specials or promotional services. Lush Beauty Limited reserves the right to change prices for Memberships at any time, but the increase will only apply on renewing an existing membership or new memberships.

General Terms

You will receive the number of treatments and appointment time frames as defined by your selected plan. These treatments are not transferable and cannot be refunded. Membership payments will not be refunded due to early termination or failure to notify cancellation requests in writing to management@lushbeauty.co.nz. Treatments must be used as attended in your membership. Additional treatments can be purchased. Lush Beauty Limited reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions from time to time. New terms will be posted on our website and available in-clinic. Lush Beauty Limited may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for any reason. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.

Cancelation Policy

For early termination requests due to hardship or relocation, a cancellation fee equivalent to two months' membership payments will apply should your request be accepted.

To request to cancel your membership, a written request must be sent to management@lushbeauty.co.nz at least one (1) month in advance. 

A minimum commitment of 50% of the membership term may be required before any cancellation requests will be accepted. 

Any free services you have received in conjunction with your membership i.e. your birthday facial may result in an additional fee which will be worked out pro rata.

Cancellation requests of memberships will not be accepted through our website, social media or if requested via a therapist or staff member.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering memberships and providing treatments. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability

Lush Beauty Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Members are advised to follow all safety instructions and seek medical advice if they have any health concerns prior to using our services.
